Last month, after returning home from Pittsburgh, where I was working on a film, Jorge and I headed into our home studio and recorded BAG OF TRICKS for the Earth Island-sanctioned audio book release 🙂 It was fun trying to bring all the characters from book one to life- at least trying to share with my audience how I hear them in my head. Forgive me in advance for bad accents and silly ‘acting’. I hope you hear what I was aiming for when you listen to the book! Right now, the audio book is being edited, then it gets mastered, then off to the publisher to do whatever they do with it. I will let you know as soon as I can when the audio version will be available for you to judge me by 😉

Otherwise, I’m enjoying the cooler Fall temps here in NY, and busy contacting book festivals and other reading opportunities for end of year into 2026. I hope to see you somewhere down the road soon, RD
